Where is my order shipped from?

If you’re in the UK, your order is shipped domestically from within the UK. For our international community, orders are shipped via our trusted logistics partner based in China. This helps us keep INVG tools beautifully made and fairly priced around the world.

Why do international orders ship from China?

We work with a specialist international fulfilment team to reduce costs and make our tools accessible globally. It means your order may travel a little further, but it allows us to avoid inflated retail pricing and keep INVG Wellness rooted in accessibility.

How long will my order take to arrive?

UK orders: Usually arrive within 1–3 working days.


International orders: Typically arrive within 7–14 working days, depending on your country and customs processing.

During busy periods or if parcels are held briefly at customs, things can take a little longer. Thank you for your patience—it truly means the world to us.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also follow your parcel’s journey anytime via our Tracking Page.

My tracking hasn’t updated—should I worry?

Not at all. It’s completely normal for tracking to pause while a parcel is moving between countries or awaiting customs clearance. Updates usually resume once it reaches your local courier.

Will I need to pay customs fees?

In most cases, no. However, customs policies vary by country and are outside of our control. If a fee is required, your local courier will contact you directly.

What does “In Transit” mean?

This simply means your parcel is on its way—often travelling between international hubs. It can stay in this stage for several days while it moves through the global delivery network.

My order says “Delivered” but I can’t find it. What should I do?

We recommend first checking with neighbours or anyone else at your address. If it’s still missing, please reach out to us and we’ll gently guide the courier through an investigation.

Can I change my address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do everything we can to update it for you. Once it has left our warehouse, changes are unfortunately no longer possible.
