I bought these before moving from the UK to Australia to hopefully help with a stressful time. I have also always had feelings of anxiousness & was also diagnosed OCD so the past few years have been a battle everyday. I can honestly say that the past 1 - 2 weeks since using the ear seeds I have felt such a massive difference that I didn’t think was possible. I feel more grounded, calm and not in constant fight or flight. I am so happy I came across these.

I was looking forward to receiving my AcuPen and to really try the tips and suggestions for Acupressure but the packaging was brilliant.
It all felt very special with the pouch and the information. It was well designed with very suitable colours. It made ME feel special and using the pen seems to make a difference compared to just using my fingers and thumbs..

It's a rather beautiful tool! A good weight and length, well crafted with a handy case (otherwise it's the sort of thing I'd easily lose in a drawer!). The rounded ends makes it easier to find and massage the relevant points. All in all a good buy.

This set is such a treat. I use the facial cups after my serum and moisturiser, and it helps everything sink in better. The soft silicone feels really soothing, and the ritual of using them is calming — I actually look forward to it. My skin seems smoother, and I think over time the cups are helping with tension in my brow too.

I’ve been using gentle up‑and‑out strokes nightly, and my jawline looks more defined, and under‑eye puff seems reduced. The difference is subtle but I’m getting compliments already.

I've been popping these on when I feel anxious and honestly they help calm me down. Not dramatic but enough to make me stop and breathe. They stay on fine through my shower.
