THE INVG EAR SEED KIT
Use Guide
A practitioner-led guide on using your Ear Seeds
What are ear seeds?
Ear seeds are tiny wellness tools placed on specific points of the ear. They gently stimulate these areas over time and are designed to be simple, non-invasive, and easy to use.
Watch the short video below to see how I use ear seeds and how you can begin.
How many should I use to begin?
Start with 2–3 seeds on one ear. This keeps things simple and confidence-building. You can add more later if you wish.
Which ear should I start with?
There is no wrong ear. Start with whichever feels right. Both ears are equally valid.
Do I have to use both ears?
No. One ear is perfect when you’re starting. Once you feel comfortable, you can use both ears if you’d like.
How do I apply them?
- Clean and dry your ear.
- Peel the seed from the backing by the edges.
- Choose a beginner point from the guide.
- Place the seed on the point.
- Press gently to secure.
Can I use the same points again?
Yes. You can reapply to the same points or switch ears. There is no perfect pattern.
How often should I press them?
Gently press each seed a few times a day — morning, afternoon, and evening is ideal.
Can I use them at any time of day?
Yes. Ear seeds fit easily into your routine and can be used at any time.
How long should I wear them?
Wear for 2–4 days, then remove and let the skin rest for 24 hours before reapplying.
How do I know if I’m doing it right?
If the placement feels comfortable and your skin isn’t irritated, you’re doing it right. There is no perfect setup — start simply.
What if I feel discomfort?
If you notice redness, swelling, itching, or pain, remove the seed immediately and allow the skin to rest.
Why do some diagrams look different?
The guide focuses on beginner-friendly points to avoid overwhelm. We’re continually expanding our education so everything feels clear and supportive.
Are ear seeds medical?
No. Ear seeds are a wellness product and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
