Laiton ou acier inoxydable ?
Vous souhaitez utiliser des huiles ou travailler sur votre visage ? Le Scarabée adapté dépend de votre façon de travailler. Le laiton est idéal pour une utilisation à sec sur le corps, où sa chaleur naturelle et son poids s'expriment pleinement. Si vous préférez glisser avec des huiles faciales, des sérums ou des baumes, ou si vous souhaitez travailler sur le visage et des zones plus délicates, la version en acier inoxydable est celle qu'il vous faut. Ses extrémités en acier inoxydable 304 ne ternissent pas et se nettoient en quelques secondes, restant ainsi lisses et hygiéniques lors d'une utilisation quotidienne avec des huiles.

Le Scarab INVG est conçu pour l'acupression — appliquant une pression ciblée, ferme mais douce sur des points spécifiques du visage, du cuir chevelu, des mains et du corps. Voici quelques points à garder à l'esprit :
- Commencez par une pression légère et augmentez progressivement jusqu'à un niveau confortable
- Évitez de presser directement sur les yeux, la gorge ou toute plaie ouverte
- Ne pas utiliser sur une peau enflammée, abîmée ou brûlée par le soleil
- Si vous ressentez une douleur aiguë à tout moment, relâchez — l'acupression doit donner une sensation de pression profonde et satisfaisante, pas de douleur

Guide d'entretien
Votre Scarab INVG est fabriqué en bois de noyer naturel et en laiton massif. Avec un peu de soin, il vieillira magnifiquement et durera des années.
Après chaque utilisation
Essuyez les extrémités en laiton avec un chiffon doux et sec. Si vous avez utilisé de l'huile ou un baume, frottez-le doucement pour éviter l'accumulation de résidus.
Nettoyage occasionnel
Si nécessaire, humidifiez légèrement un chiffon avec de l'eau tiède et une goutte de savon doux. Essuyez le laiton uniquement, puis séchez immédiatement.
Ne pas plonger l'outil ou permettre à l'eau de toucher la poignée en noyer.
Pour les taches sur le laiton
Une petite quantité de dentifrice sur un chiffon peut être utilisée pour polir délicatement le laiton. Essuyez et séchez bien.
Important
- Ne pas laver ou plonger la poignée en noyer dans l'eau.
- Évitez les produits chimiques agressifs, les acides ou les nettoyants abrasifs.
- Rangez dans un endroit sec, idéalement dans sa pochette, à l'abri de l'humidité.
La patine naturelle sur le laiton est normale et fait partie de son caractère – c'est un signe que votre Scarab est aimé et utilisé.

The walnut Scarab tool is fantastic for face and body. The brass does leave a dark gray mark on the area worked on so be mindful- and possibly choose stainless steel version. Otherwise this is amazing.

I like the tool, but hate that it leaves black marks all over my face. There is something in the metal that causes an oxidative process and leaves black marks all over my face. I can not use it and go anywhere with out washing my face as the black marks are quite dark.

Received last week and used a couple of times. Had a tension headache and massaged base of scalp and it seemed to have helped. Just wish it came with more of a tutorial

I love this tool! As a former massage therapist, I’m always looking for effective ways to relieve tension on my own. I use it in the morning and before bed to massage my neck and the base of my skull, and I also reach for it during migraines to work along my jaw, head, and other acupressure points. Did not know it’s coming from china. I was disappointed, the advertisement was good. The product is okay, I thought the wood would be a bit better quality.

I wanted to clarify a couple of things, both for you and for anyone else reading this. The origin from China is stated on the product page under 'Materials,' as each Scarab is handcrafted there. We hold stock in the UK, so UK orders ship quickly from within the UK, but for international orders, including yours, we ship directly from our supplier in China. This avoids sending items to the UK first and back out again, which would only add cost and delivery time. That's also why we state a delivery window of 8 - 11 working days for these orders. I understand these details can be easy to miss, and I'll look at making them clearer.
I'm also sorry to hear the wood quality didn't quite meet your expectations. Each piece is handcrafted, so small variations in the grain can occur, but I still want to make sure you're happy. Please feel free to reach out to me directly and we'll find a good solution.
