Run a proven UK wellness brand with me
INVG Wellness is a Shopify brand selling 23 wellness and self-care tools, built on Instagram and Meta ads. I'm Jude Massey, the founder, an acupuncturist and creator with over 1.8 million followers. I'm looking for one person to run the business day to day on a profit share, while I keep making the content.
Where it's at
In the year to August 2026 the store did roughly £400,000 in sales and about £40,000 net profit. At its peak it was doing £50,000 to £67,000 a month, around 1,300 to 1,800 orders, with an average order of about £33.
Sales have dropped since I deliberately cut Meta ad spend, not because demand fell. The products, the ad creative, the customer list and the systems are all still in place. The margin has room to grow, and that's where the right person comes in.

You decide what to test and how to grow it. I supply the content. Ideally you've run a Shopify or DTC brand before, or you're a marketer ready to own one.
The deal
No salary. A meaningful share of net profit, paid monthly, with the option of equity that vests over time if it works. The exact split is agreed with the right person.
You take the operational load. I keep showing up on camera.
