1 | Who We Are

This website (the “Site”) and online store are operated by INVG Wellness (“INVG Wellness,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
Demonstration videos and routine walk-throughs are presented by Jude the Acupuncturist (“Jude”), an independent practitioner.

INVG Wellness supplies wellness tools including (but not limited to) Gua Sha tools, acupressure pens, black obsidian jade rollers, and any other wellness or self-care tools featured on the Site (collectively, the “Products”).

All text, images, video tutorials, and other materials (collectively, “Educational Content”) are provided for general wellness and self-care education only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Products Are Not Medical Devices
Our Products are cosmetic and wellness tools, designed to support personal wellbeing and self-care routines.
They are not medical devices, are not regulated as such, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Consult Your Clinician First
If you have any health concerns—including but not limited to skin conditions, circulatory issues, chronic pain, recent surgery, pregnancy, or other medical conditions—consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any Product or following any demonstrations.
Stop using the Product and seek medical advice immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, bruising, shortness of breath, bleeding, rash, or any other adverse reaction.

3 | Assumption of Risk

Manual therapy and self-care tools can cause temporary redness, skin irritation, bruising, or aggravation of existing conditions.
By purchasing or using a Product, you:

  • acknowledge these potential risks;

  • confirm you are able to use the Product safely and appropriately; and

  • accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, or adverse effect resulting from its use.

4 | Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INVG Wellness, Jude the Acupuncturist, and their employees, agents, or suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • your use or misuse of a Product;

  • reliance on any Educational Content; or

  • any act or omission by a third party.

If liability cannot legally be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the Product in question.

5 | User Obligations

  • Age: You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction—or have parental consent—to use the Site or purchase Products.

  • Lawful Use: You agree not to use the Site or Products for any unlawful, harmful, or misleading purpose.

  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide complete and accurate contact, account, and payment information.

6 | Orders, Pricing & Returns

We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order; adjust prices; or correct errors at any time.
Purchases are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

7 | Intellectual Property

All Site content—including Jude’s videos, product designs, photographs, branding, and text—is the property of INVG Wellness or its licensors.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.

8 | Third-Party Links & Tools

External links and optional third-party tools are provided “as is.” We do not control or endorse third-party websites or tools and accept no responsibility for their content or use.

9 | Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INVG Wellness, Jude the Acupuncturist, and related parties from any claim, damage, or expense resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Products or Educational Content.

10 | Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, unless consumer-protection legislation requires otherwise.

11 | Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site. Continued use of the Site or Products constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1) Nature of the Service

1.1 The online consultation provides education in Chinese medicine, including tongue observation, diet and lifestyle discussion, and acupressure techniques.
1.2 No medical diagnosis is made, no prescriptions are issued, and no guarantee of outcomes is given.
1.3 All information provided—including recordings—is for personal educational use only, not a substitute for professional medical care.

8) Use of INVG Wellness Tools

8.1 If included, you may receive an INVG Wellness Product (e.g., INVG Acupen, Gua Sha tool, jade roller) for personal educational use.
8.2 These Products are not medical devices and should not be used on broken skin, over infections, near pacemakers or implants, or where medically advised against.
8.3 You are responsible for safe use, hygiene, and maintenance.
8.4 Delivery times may vary; customs/handling fees (if any) are your responsibility.
