Returns & Refunds Policy

Our Commitment

We want you to love your INVG Wellness tools. If something isn't right, we're here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original condition and packaging, requested within 14 days of delivery.

Because our products are personal care tools that come into direct contact with the skin, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used. This is a hygiene exemption permitted under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Items that are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used personal care tools
  • Digital products (including The Inner Landscape guide)
  • Items returned outside the 14-day window
  • Items not in their original packaging

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

In this case, we will cover the cost of return shipping in full.


Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about an unused, unopened item, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.


How to Request a Return

  1. Email us via the contact form at invgwellness.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for confirmation before sending anything back — we cannot process unrequested returns
  4. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us and we'll do our best to find the right solution for you.


International Orders

For international customers, return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Our Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the conditions above, or if we reasonably suspect misuse of our returns process.


This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law. For international customers, your local consumer protection laws may also apply.
