Welcome to Your Facial Cupping Guide

Please Read This First

Facial cupping is a gentle, moving massage technique that uses light suction to support a healthy‑looking glow and reduce the appearance of temporary puffiness. It is not a medical treatment.

Always:

  • Keep the cup moving—never leave it parked on one spot.
  • Use only feather‑light suction on well‑lubricated, intact skin.
  • Stop immediately if you see bruising, petechiae (tiny red dots), or feel discomfort.
  • Skip cupping over active breakouts, recent cosmetic procedures, or sensitive/inflamed skin.
  • Consult a qualified professional if you have any skin condition, are pregnant, on blood‑thinning meds, or have had recent injectables/surgery.
