1. Order Processing

Processing time: All in-stock items are picked, packed, and handed to our carrier within 2 - 4 working days after your payment is confirmed.

Order verification: If we need to confirm any details (e.g., billing info or delivery address), processing may pause until we hear back from you.
2. Delivery Timeframes

Standard International Delivery: 10 - 20 working days* from the date your parcel leaves our fulfilment centre.

The timeframe shown is an estimate and does not include processing time.

*“Working days” exclude weekends and public holidays in both the origin and destination countries.

Why can delivery vary?
Transit time is influenced by factors such as customs inspections, air-cargo capacity, distance to destination, local carrier hand-offs, and any changes to international shipping regulations.
3. Tracking Your Parcel

A tracking link is emailed automatically once the carrier collects your parcel.

Tracking updates may take 3-5 working days to appear once the shipment is en-route.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may attract import duties, VAT/GST, or handling fees once the parcel reaches your country.

These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and remain the customer’s responsibility.

Refusal to pay duties may result in parcels being returned or destroyed by customs; in such cases, we cannot refund shipping costs.
5. Shipping Costs

Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Promotional free-shipping thresholds apply to the merchandise total after discounts and before taxes.
6. Delivery Issues

Delayed or stuck shipments: If tracking shows no movement for 10 working days, contact us and we’ll open an inquiry with the carrier.

Lost parcels: We will file a lost-parcel claim after the carrier confirms non-delivery and, once approved, issue a replacement or refund.

Damaged items: Please email us photos of the outer packaging and product within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a resolution.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses: We ship to the address supplied at checkout. Orders returned due to address errors may incur reshipping fees.
7. Shipping Restrictions

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, or countries/regions currently subject to carrier or trade restrictions.

Items classified as hazardous or oversized may require special handling or may be ineligible for delivery to certain destinations.
