Guida alla cura
Il tuo INVG Scarab è realizzato in legno naturale di noce e ottone massiccio. Con un po' di cura, invecchierà splendidamente e durerà per anni.
Dopo ogni utilizzo
Pulisci le estremità in ottone con un panno morbido e asciutto. Se hai usato olio o balsamo, rimuovilo delicatamente per evitare l'accumulo di residui.
Pulizia occasionale
Se necessario, inumidisci leggermente un panno con acqua tiepida e una goccia di sapone delicato. Pulisci solo l'ottone, quindi asciuga immediatamente.
Non immergere lo strumento né lasciare che l'acqua tocchi il manico in noce.
Per l'ossidazione sull'ottone
Una piccola quantità di dentifricio su un panno può essere usata per lucidare delicatamente l'ottone. Pulisci e asciuga bene.
Importante
- Non lavare né immergere il manico in noce nell'acqua.
- Evita sostanze chimiche aggressive, acidi o detergenti abrasivi.
- Conserva in un luogo asciutto, idealmente nella sua custodia, lontano dall'umidità.
La patina naturale sull'ottone è normale e fa parte del suo carattere – è un segno che il tuo Scarab è amato e utilizzato.

The walnut Scarab tool is fantastic for face and body. The brass does leave a dark gray mark on the area worked on so be mindful- and possibly choose stainless steel version. Otherwise this is amazing.

I like the tool, but hate that it leaves black marks all over my face. There is something in the metal that causes an oxidative process and leaves black marks all over my face. I can not use it and go anywhere with out washing my face as the black marks are quite dark.

I love this tool! As a former massage therapist, I’m always looking for effective ways to relieve tension on my own. I use it in the morning and before bed to massage my neck and the base of my skull, and I also reach for it during migraines to work along my jaw, head, and other acupressure points. I wanted to clarify a couple of things, both for you and for anyone else reading this. The origin from China is stated on the product page under 'Materials,' as each Scarab is handcrafted there. We hold stock in the UK, so UK orders ship quickly from within the UK, but for international orders, including yours, we ship directly from our supplier in China. This avoids sending items to the UK first and back out again, which would only add cost and delivery time. That's also why we state a delivery window of 8 - 11 working days for these orders. I understand these details can be easy to miss, and I'll look at making them clearer.
I'm also sorry to hear the wood quality didn't quite meet your expectations. Each piece is handcrafted, so small variations in the grain can occur, but I still want to make sure you're happy. Please feel free to reach out to me directly and we'll find a good solution.
